I found my passion for fitness and nutrition when I was in college. I was a dance major interested in sharing the athleticism of the sport with the rest of the world. I began teaching dance conditioning classes for non-dancers and instantly fell in love with the adrenaline rush of getting a room full of people sweating and out of breath.

After college, I began working with a few local trainers whose real-world experience was backed by an impressive knowledge of biomechanics and nutrition. I educated myself in the field of exercise science through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. I later went on to study with the Institute of Integrative Nutrition. Over the years, I have continued my education with certifications in pre/post-natal training, Triggerpoint Therapy, USA weightlifting and a variety of other specialty certifications.

The mental and physical strength I have gained from training in the gym is something I want to share with my clients. I believe it is empowering to push your body and mind to achieve new goals and that natural high has a positive impact on every area of your life.

Fitness is not just a career for me. I've benefited tremendously from applying my education and experience to my own wellbeing, and I aim to help people design a blueprint for theirs. I don’t believe in a particular diet or one-size-fits-all programs; I want to get to know you so we can work on improving your quality of life together!
