Pre-Workout Oatmeal Bites


  • 1 1/2 C oats
  • 1 C dried cranberries
  • 1 C roasted, unslated cashews
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup


Add your oats, cranberries and cashews to the food processor (if you don't have one a Ninja or Vitamix also works).  Pulse till you have small bits of the cashew and cranberry and the oats are well ground.  Add your cinnamon, honey and maple syrup and pulse several more times to combine.  Roll the mixture into 1 inch balls and put in the fridge for keeping.  Enjoy as a great pre-workout snack!
