Tropical Green Smoothie


1 cup fresh kale

1 cup fresh arugula

1 cup fresh or frozen pineapple

1/4 frozen banana

10 mint leaves

8 ounces coconut water

Blend all your ingredients together, between 60-90 seconds to really get the kale broken down.  If you like your smoothie less thick and a bit more coconut water.  This is a great post workout snack as it replenishes your carbohydrate stores with the pineapple and banana as well as your electrolytes with the coconut water. also getting a good serving of greens!
