4 boneless skinless chicken beeast
1/2 diced yellow onion
1 can diced tomatoes
4 cloves chopped garlic
1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
To taste: garlic powder, oregano, black pepper and sea salt
Place your 4 chicken breast into the crockpot. Drizzle with olive oil and season with your spices. Add your onion, tomato, garlic and vinegar to the pot. Cover and cook on high for 4 hours. Once cooked shred the chicken and let it sit in the juices. I paired this with roasted broccoli for a balanced meal!
