Paleo Asian Meatballs


  • 1 package grass fed beef
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp brags amino acids
  • 1/2 bunch diced scallions
  • sesame seeds to taste


Combine all your ingredients in a bowl. I find it's much easier to get your hands a little dirty rather than trying to mix with a spoon or fork. It combines better :) Shape into twelve 2 inch meatballs and bake for 10 minutes at 375. Enjoy!
