This much sauce works for about 1-1.5 lb of salmon.
- 2 TBSP honey
- 1-2 cloves garlic, minced and 1 TBSP grated ginger(I recommend substituting 1-2 TBSP of ginger-garlic paste, which you can get at an Indian or other Asian grocery store).
-1 TBSP soy sauce
- 1 TBSP vinegar (rice vinegar if possible)
- Ground black pepper
Preheat oven to 375 and mix the glaze. Place the salmon fillet in the center of a sheet of tinfoil on a tray and pour the glaze over it, then wrap the fillet up. Cook for about 20 min or until it reaches internal temp of ~145 F. At the end of cooking, open the tinfoil wrap a bit and broil for 2-3 min.
