Cauliflower Fried Rice


  • 3 cups cauliflower rice (you can usually find this in the store pre chopped but you can also put a head of cauliflower in the food processor and pulse several times to get their gut consistency) 
  • 1 diced pepper
  • 1/2 small diced red onion
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 3 tbsp sesame seed oil
  • 1/4 cup braggs amino acids
  • sesame seeds to taste
  • Fresh ground black pepper to taste


If you did not buy the cauliflower already prepped, chop your head of cauliflower into chunks and use a food processor to make it rice size.  Set aside.

Add 1 tbsp sesame oil to your skillet with your garlic.  Saute till fragrant.  Add your diced peppers, onions and pepper and saute till soft.  Set aside in a bowl.

Add 2 more tbsp sesame oil to the skillet and your cauliflower.  Add in the amino acids and mix to combine.  Saute for about 5 minutes until cauliflower gets slightly soft.  Add in your pepper and onion mixture and combine.  Sprinkle in your sesame seeds to taste and enjoy!
