Homemade Almond Butter

Ingrediants:

  • 1 cup dry roasted almonds unsalted
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 2 tsp cinnamon

Preperation:

I use my Ninja blender for this, but you can also use a food processor.  Grind down your almonds till it begins to form a paste.  Add your coconut oil and cinnamon and continue to blend until the ingrediants come together and you get an even butter texture.  

 

Other ingrediant options: coconut flakes, raisins, maple syrup, honey or cocoa powder are all great options.  Experiment and get creative!
