- 3 cups quick cook oats
- 1 serving Vega Chocolate Performance Protein (or protein powder of your choice)
- 2 overly ripe bananas
- 2 tbsp peanut butter
In a food processor, combine your oats and protein powder till fine. Add your bananas and peanut butter and combine until a dough forms. It may be a little dry but should come together when you start rolling it into 1 inch bites.
This recipe makes approximately 24 bites with one serving being 4 bites. Store in the fridge till ready to eat!
