Feta and Spinach Turkey Burgers

Ingrediants:

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup gluten free breadcrumbs ( I used Ian's Panko)
  • 1/4 cup diced sweet onion
  • 2 cups chopped spinach
  • 1/2 cup feta
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 2 tbsp dijon mustard
  • black pepper to taste

Preperation:

Saute your garlic in 1 tbsp olive oil untill fragrant.  Add your chopped spinach and saute for 2 minutes or until wilted.  Combine the remaining ingrediants in a mixing bowl.  Add your wilted spinach.  Combine well.  Form 4 burgers to grill or freeze for later.  If grilling make sure to spray the cooking surface (the tutkey is pretty lean and will stick to the grill if not sprayed).
