Baked Lemon Dill Shrimp

Ingrediants:

  • 20-30 peeled and deviened shrimp
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 fresh lemon
  • 1 tbsp dried dill
  • 1 tsp garic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder

Preperation:

Place your shrimp in a big mixing bowl.  Add your oil, the juice from your lemon and seasonings.  Toss to coat.  Arrange shrimp in a baking dish and slice the juiced lemon into the dish over the shrimp.  Bake at 350 for 10 minutes or until pink.  I served this over Lundenberg risotto with roasted brussel sprouts on the side!
