-1 cup spinach stems removed
-1 sliced banana
-4 full mint leaves (or more to your taste)
-1 tbsp almond butter
-1 tbsp raw cocoa powder
-1.5 cups almond milk
* if you are someone who struggles getting enough protein this would be a good place to boost that macro nutrient. Try adding a scoop of chocolate protein!

Prepare your all your ingredients in ready to go containers (minus the almond milk). I use my Ninja single serve blender bottles, but you can also just throw everything into a freezer bag and dump it into the blender when you're ready for a snack. Put the prepped smoothies into your freezer to have throughout the week. All you have to do is pull it out, add your almond milk and blend.
