-2 cups spinach stems removed
-1/2 sliced banana
-4 full mint leaves (or more to your taste)

The easiest way to prep smoothies for the week is to put your ingredients (minus the almond milk) into single serving freezer bags on Sunday. I prep 5 of the smoothies, all in separate bags, then dump the frozen ingredients into the single serve blender each morning. The smoothies actually come out better when all your ingredients are frozen.
This is also a great way to use leftover fruits and greens in your fridge from the week. Take a look on Friday at what you have left, and instead of throwing it out or letting it go bad, freeze it into single serve smoothie packets.
