Kitchen Sink Shrimp


  • 1 lb raw shrimp deveined tail off
  • EVOO
  • 1 cup sliced cherry tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp diced garlic
  • 2 tbsp oregano
  • sweet paprika
  • salt and pepper to taste  
  • 1/2 C feta


  • Saute the garlic over low heat in your olive oil
  • Once slightly browned add the cherry tomatoes for 1-2 minutes
  • Add your raw shrimp and season with oregano, paprika salt and pepper to taste
  • Flip shrimp after 2 minutes or once they begin to turn pink and cook the other side through for another 2-3 minutes
  • Remove from heat and add your feta. Let the skillet sit for about 5 minutes for the sauce to thicken up
  • Enjoy!
