AMRAP

AMRAP (as many rounds as possible) in 8 minutes:

  • 10 walking lunges with KB in front rack 
  • 15 KB swings

Rest 4 minutes

AMRAP in 8 minutes:

  • 20 renegade rows
  • 15 weighted sit ups

Rest 4 minutes

AMRAP in 8 minutes:

  • 100 single under jump ropes
  • 10 burpees

Below is a video demonstrating each movement as well as a modification for each exercise.  The goal is not to burn yourself out in the first 2 minutes but to keep a steady pace so you can continue moving for the whole 8 minutes.  The last minute of each round is really your chance to push that heart above and beyond so that you really earn the 4 minute rest.
