400 m run  

12 reps of:

step ups per side

up downs alternating arms

box jumps (modification is a squat jump) 

Repeat for 5 sets starting with your 400 meter run each time. On round one you'll complete 12 reps of the exercises demonstrated in the video. On round two you will complete 14 reps. So on and so forth adding 2 reps each circuit till you have completed 5 rounds.  

 *your last round will be 20 reps
