200 meter sprint to start your workout 

*Measure out approximately 20 feet with a marker on each end

  • 20 feet of burpee long jumps
  • 20 feet of walking plank
  • 20 push ups
  • 20 air squats

*Repeat for 4 sets alternating the leading side in your plank walks each time

Finish with 200 meter sprint to end your workout
