E3MOM: every 3 minutes

You have 3 minutes to complete a 400 meter sprint.  You rest the remaining amount of time.

You have 3 minutes to complete 20 alternating walking lunges, 10 alternating renegade rows and 5 burpees.  You rest the remaining amount of time.

Repeat each circuit 4 times for a total of 24 minutes!  Have fun!
