This workout has 3 parts to it. The video demonstrates an example of each exercise done properly so make sure you watch it before you begin.
Part 1: Every 3 minutes for 15 minutes (5 rounds) you will complete the following:
- 400 meter run
- 20 plyo lunges
Part 2: Every 2 minutes for 10 minutes (5 rounds) you will complete the following:
- 6 burpee rolls
- 6 chest to floor push ups
- 6 V-sits
Part 3: Every minute on the minute for 5 minutes you will complete the following:
- 20 skaters
- 10 up downs
After you complete all the exercises in your given time, you can use the remaining time to rest before your round begins again. Have fun!
